tellUs Project Proposal
One of the primary concerns with this property is the issue of steep slopes and erosion from rainfall and snow melt. The front of the property is fairly level, however the rear of the property is quite another story. Installation of retaining walls filled with evergreen shrubs, xeric plants, ornamental grasses and perennials will aid in erosion concerns while adding color, texture and interest throughout the year. With a porch which wraps nearly the entire upper level of the house and the lower level opening up to the hillside, the garden levels can be appreciated from multiple views from the home.
